Honda North in Butler, Pa was recently honored by American Honda Motor Company, Inc with a President's Award luncheon recognizing the dealership's achievements.  Several corporate representatives were on hand from American Honda to acknowledge and celebrate what the Butler, Pa dealership has accomplished in three years of ownership.  Honda North was presented the Honda President's Award for the second year in a row.  The Honda President's Award is the highest honor that can be granted to a Honda dealer and encompasses all aspects of Customer Satisfaction in Sales and Service.  Honda North is the only Honda dealership in the entire Pittsburgh Region to win the award two years consecutively.

Mike Obershelp of American Honda Sales Division noted that Honda North is currently ranked as the 27th highest Honda dealer in the nation in total customer satisfaction out of over 1000 Honda dealers in the United States.   He also remarked that in 3 years of ownership by the Palmiero's and the Neff's, that Honda North sold double the new Hondas in 2007 that were sold by the previous dealership owner in 2004.  In 2004, Country Motors sold roughly 500 new Hondas in Butler and surrounding areas.  In 2007 Honda North sold nearly 1000 new Hondas and continues to grow at an impressive rate while maintaining strict policies for customer treatment and care throughout the sales process.
