2011 in review...  What a fantastic year, thanks to you!  Sorry that we have not been the best at keeping the Blog updated, but in all fairness we have been busy!  Reflecting back, here are some of key points of 2011.

First and foremost, we are exceptionally pleased to say that (without official word from Honda) all indications are that we have won the coveted President's Award for the 5th year.  You have heard us talk about the President's Award many times in the past possibly, but we cannot stress to you how important of an achievement that it really is for our team.  Only the top 15% of all Honda Dealers in the United States can even qualify for the Award.  We will finish safely in the top 1% of all Honda Dealers in the Nation in Customer Satisfaction.  For this, we cannot thank you enough.  Truly an AMAZING achievement.

For the second year in a row, Honda North earned top honors of being the #1 Honda Certified Used Vehicle Dealer in Western Pennsylvania.  This also is no small feat, especially considering some very good competition by our fellow Honda Dealers to the south of us. 

We are pleased that we did complete the paving of our additional 3 acres of land this summer, giving us almost 8 acres of asphalt and inventory for your browsing pleasure.  We also closed on 2 more acres of land right beside us as well with the expectations of future growth in the years to come.

The team here at Honda North is of the best that I have ever had the pleasure of working with.  We truly have a great group of people and are very grateful and eager to move into 2012 with you.  Happy New Year!
