Our project continues to progress at an awesome rate with fantastic weather on our side, and an incredible team of professionals addressing every detail. Honda North 2010 is in full swing with foundation and framing complete and, weather blessing, will lay sub-base down for the parking lot this week. The complete framing of the new facility has been completed and the structure is taking beautiful shape. The new Honda dealership will end up being about 29,500 square feet including New and Used Vehicle showrooms and Customer Delivery Area. This building has been designed with all customer conveniences considered including indoor, climate controlled vehicle drop off, high-end car wash, customer boutique, speed shop, and more. Final touches on site lighting plans and electric and gas supply are issues on the table this week. All continues to go smoothly and the shape taking place is exceptional.
